I am using SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0.
I have already configured service desk, but getting error "Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System".
I have already checked http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=575944 and followed the note number 1522809. But to no result. All the RFCs are working fine and respective authorization assigned to the user.
Kindly suggest??

Have you checked the ibase is present in the BP for this system.
for eg. raising for ECC 100 client
goto solman BP tcode enter that user BP here and check in the identification tab the entry is present for the ECC 100 with ibase for this
