Park Miro

Hi Experts,

I want to give authorisaiton of park miro and post miro to two different different persons, but in MIR7 T-code save as completed button is already there, by which user can post the miro. How can I distinguish the screen between two users.

Sothat park miro person donot post the miro and post miro can not park the miro.

hi,

for parking the invoice and for posting the invoice,different object attributes are assigned in mm authorization matrix.

You must have maintained authorization to parked invoice documents (activity 77,

M_RECH_WRK) for users who are to complete parked invoice documents for posting.

Hi,

You may give authorization to

• POST documents of a certain document type => F_BKPF_BLA, ACTIVITY 01.

• PARK the documents of a certain type => F_BKPF_BLA, ACTIVITY 77.

It will retsrict the PARKING user to post and POSTING user to park the document.
