Ki-UK Lee,
Are you really still using SAP GUI 7.10 patch 39?
Release - 710
Version - 39
Is your backend also as old as your SAP GUI. I know SAP no longer supports either SAP GUI 7.10 or SAP GUI 7.20. Depending on your SAP NetWeaver release like ECC 6.0 7.31 EHP 4 and you won't be able to connect until you upgrade to SAP GUI 7.30.

Hi all
I am also having a similar problem. It is definitely not the Power settings. I use SAP GUi 7.3 (and even with the latest patch 6 and hotfix) I get the problem. My problem is like this. let us say I have vonnected to two SAP systems, ECC and CRM. I work in one system say ECC for about 10 minuts and by the time I switch back to CRM it hangs and then after a minute errors with the 10053 error on nixxi.cpp.
The ECC instance still works fine. That in itself shows that it is not a Power problem as I have not moved away from my PC.
It is very frustrating and I would love to have a fix on this issue.

Jayshree
