Customer XX does not exist (please change entry in plant XXXX)

Hi All,

I have gone through the previous threads but was not able to resolve this issue.

I am trying to create a intercompany STO (NB).

Settings done:

Plant X1 assigned sales area SA1-01-00, Comp code-001, purchase org-ZPUR

Vendor V1 (plant X1 assigned)

Plant A1 assigned sales area SA2-01-00, Comp Code-002, purchase org-ZPUR

Customer C1 created and assigned in configuration to plant A1

Material maintained for both plants and sales areas

Customer maintained for both company codes and sales areas

Vendor maintained for purchase orgs and both company codes.

Can you give pointers how this error can be rectified?

The error was improperly maintained sales org. Though I have maintained SA1-01-00 sales orgs. This sales org was not maintained in table TVTA hence the problem.

take help of SD consultant and check customer properly .it should be create for properly sale area which is used in STO

XD01 to create customer master

Check the SD customization is proper, Check for Sales Org. and the Division is maintained Receiving & Supplying plant, Also check Material is having Sales View extended
