HI SAP GURUS,,

I have a confusion in my mind regarding PS grouping.

I got a assignment where there are two personnel subareas of a personnel area and two diffrnt Holidays calender for both.

Although work schedules where same. What i did, i created two diffrnt PS grouping of both the personnel subareas as their Holiday calenders are different. Its being implemented and its working correctly.

Here, my confusion is that somewhere in forum i have read that PS grouping depends on Work schedule, if work schedule is differnt then only we create diffnt PS grouping.

Please throw some light on my issue.

Regards

Priya

Go for two different PS groupings because you have already different holidays calendars in future it might be some other differences also come so it's better take 2.

Thanks Vipin...

This link is informative.. Although I know that PS grouping is directly related to WRK schedules but here my concern is that is If there are two personnel areas and diffrnt Holiday calender , then better to take different PS grouupings.

Advice me if there is no link between Holiday calender and PS grouping.
