Hello All,
Can anyone guide me on enabling the CEBP funcationality for a SALESPRO or UTIL_SALES business Roles.
I maintained the following at business role function profiles:
CONTACTCENTER - Comm. Management Software
CMS_ROLE - Communication Channel Enabled
CONTEXTAREA - Context Area
WBAR - Toolbar
But i am still unable to get the CTI toolbar for the above roles (Salespro and Util_sales)

Hello, Kiran.
To enable CEBP for a role you need:
1. Assign following function profiles to this business role:
- CMS_ROLE
- CONTEXTAREA
- CRMUI_MPLAYOUT
- WBAR
There should be defaul profiles for all of these regarding CEBP with name CMS_ROLE.
2. Assign function profile CONTACTCENTER with the appropriate value according to your system.
3. Change
- Role Config Key
- Layout Profile
- Technical Profile
of this business role to default value for CEBP role as CMS_ROLE.
Try default configuration. Later you can adjust all these profiles accordingly.
