send PDF-Spool via email-Attachment

Hi,

i send an internal table to spool and convert it.

this works ok.

But when i send it via

CALL FUNCTION 'SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1'

i have problem with the attachment (PDF-Error).

Has anyboby a codeexample?

after you get the pdf output:

do like this:

LOOP AT it_pdf_output.

TRANSLATE it_pdf_output USING ' ~'.

CONCATENATE gd_buffer it_pdf_output INTO gd_buffer.

ENDLOOP.

TRANSLATE gd_buffer USING '~ '.

DO.

it_mess_att = gd_buffer.

APPEND it_mess_att.

SHIFT gd_buffer LEFT BY 255 PLACES.

Hi dieter,

1. If we want to send

abap list --- > as a pdf

sapscript layout -


> as a pdf

2. Then we UTILISE the facility/settings,

provided by SCOT tcode.

3. These settings,

will AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT THE

ABAP LIST / SAPSCRIPT LAYOUT

to PDF

and send the email with pdf attachment.

4. We need not write special code for it.

5. Just maintain SCOT settings.

(Also take help of basis team)

Sorry Getta, but Ravi was the first, therefor he gets 10.

Amit normaly i do it like you, but sometimes the outputlenght is diffgerent, therefor i want do convert

it over spool.
