URGENT: "NO APCC block received" after Tcode FNM1

Hello,

today we had this big problem:

after the

T-code: FNM1 - Post Planned Records in Treasury module

in sm21

[...]

11:25:48 DIA 005 R36 No APPC block received

11:25:48 SPO 012 R36 No APPC block received

11:25:49 DIA 000 R36 No APPC block received

11:25:49 DIA 001 R36 No APPC block received

11:25:49 DIA 002 R36 No APPC block received

11:25:49 DIA 003 R36 No APPC block received

11:25:49 DIA 004 R36 No APPC block received

11:25:50 DIA 005 R36 No APPC block received

[...]

and all process was blocked.

I saw the notes

80385 - All APPC blocks filled, server hangs

3223 - Number of WP and APPC blocks

594257 - RFICRC20 terminates with system log message Q0P and R36

but i didnt understand the problem.

Can somone help me please?

read oss note 3223 - 'Number of WP and APPC blocks'

Try to increase the value of parameter rdisp/wp_ca_blk_no or rdisp/appc_ca_blk_no, at least 300 to both of them.

This was a bottleneck.

If necessary, increase the dia process (up to 6).
