I received the error listed below when trying to do an extraction from R/3 QA to BW QA. We have recently refreshed R/3 QA with R/3 PRD information. Can anyone help?

Errors have been reported in Source System during IDoc update:

There are IDocs with incorrect status.
Procedure
Check the IDocs in Source System . You can get here using the BW Monitor.
Removing errors:
How you remove the errors depends on the error message you receive.

Please check WE07 OR WE02 and check for failed IDOCs.
Please advise what is the error message.

While copying any system ,we need to change SID and source system,target system logical system accordingly.there is the issue.
Kindly consult basis team.

Hello All,
I have same problem but its RESOLVED by the following process.
Step - 1
execute the Function module "SCP_LANGUAGES_IN_INSTANCE". It may or maynot give some output. Just note if it give the output
Step - 2
in Transaction SE38 execute the program "RSCPINST".
Just Click on the Activate button (dont select anything).
Step - 3
Again do the same thing specified in Step - 1. Now it will give the output saying that Language is DE.
So by the above procedure my issue is been resolved.

Hi Rebecca,
what is the error in the source system? You can look at the source system idocs following this menupath from monitor: Environment -> ALE Management -> Source System. Look into the errored idocs and see if you can make out anything. Otherwise, please post the error because of which the idocs failed. Hope this helps.
