Hi Experts,

I have just installed SAP B1 8.82 and enabled Cockpit and Dashboard Widget.

I have also make the dashboad active in Dashboard manager.

But when I login, system gives following 2 error messages as per attached screen shots.

1. SAP Business One Integration service authentication failed.

2. "Cannot connect to SAP Business One Integrated Service"

Hi Samir,

Here the solution for your issue:

Copy the .keystore file from folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\IntegrationServer\Tomcat\webapps\B1iXcellerator

Paste the .keystore file to folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\DIProxy

Restart the SAP Business One DI Proxy Service.

I had the same issue.
My solution was that the DI Proxy service was not started.
I started them and the Connection to the database was established successfully !

Hi Sameer,

When we activate Dashboard in SAP then their are many kinds of Errors come.

For these Errors SAP has released B1ic Troubleshooting Guide to resolve.

You probably need to repair DI Proxy. Open you upgrade/installation and run the integration package. This will repair you DI Proxy.

Hi

Have you changed the password of user B1i in SAP B1 and then in SLD?

I just had this problem and I would like you to do a few things.

  1. Log in to the Integrated Framework and click the SLD link.
  2. Click on the SLD that is for the company you are logging in to.
  3. Test the connection for both B1DI and JDBC.
  4. If the B1DI connection fails what does it say?
    1. If it says something along the lines of "class not found" then I want you to navigate to your DI Proxy folder. Usually in C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Integration\DIProxy\.
    2. Open the file diproxyserver.properties
    3. Locate the line JCO Path=
    4. What does it say there?
      1. If its pointing to the JCO\LIB folder in the DI API then navigate to that folder and what are the contents of that folder?

When you are done with this, let me know.

Hi Seth Davis,

I have the same problem with Samir Gandhi and i also follow your step.

The JDBC Connection is connectd successfully but for B1DI connection doesn't connect.

This is an error detail for B1DI.

XCE001 Nested exception: java.rmi.RemoteException: Error on completion of HTTPS-roundtrip: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect; nested exception is:

          java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Please help me.

Thanks

Hi,

We are also experiencing this issue on 8.82 PL06 HF01. I have not come across this issue previously and have successfully got the Integration Framework working on all other clients. Is this a software issue or a setup issue?

This is the first time I have tried to setup the Integration Framework on 8.82 PL06 or higher, it has worked fine on 8.82 PL05.

Many thanks,

Liam.
