Making GR - ERROR Message no. KI235

Hi,

While making GR in MIGO I got the following error. What do you suggest?

"Account 7303031007 requires an assignment to a CO object

Message no. KI235

Diagnosis

You have not defined a CO account assignment for an account that is relevant to cost accounting."

Hi Dakshesh,

The account type is P/L statement acc. Field status group is "cost accounts".

is this account for external services or consumption of Raw material while posting subcontracting GR? If I am not wrong you will have to assign cost element to these accounts.

Hi,

I mean the cost center mustn't assigned to these account.

We supply a material subcontract. The subcontract accounts should be run while making GR.  But it was not.

What type of account is 7303031007? is it balance sheet account or consumption? and why should it not have cost element?

in FS00 you can do this but better contact your FI consultant he will select correct one in FS00
