I want to cancel TO (LT0G), Material icon is locked so unable to cancel TO.

Please provide solution.

Hi,

If the transfer order is completed, then you can't cancel TO directly . you have to  get the stock back, use t.code LT0G, after that use  t.code VL09.

first i am trying to use LT0G to cancel TO, but Material icon is locked at lt0g screen (movement type 999)

I hope your TO status is confirmed.
If so, then provide your
- Warehouse Number
- Delivery
then change the Movement Type and try.

HI

Reverse TO with Tcode LT0G ,enter WH no and delivery no which u want reversed, Movt type 999 and putaway view as 'delivery view' and execute. Select the line with delivery no and click on 'Return to stock'Then generate reversal TO, confirm it.then delete the delivery.through VL02N

Can you post the screenshot for the screen?

Hi,

Pls. check following may be lock due to following reason.

open transfer order

No stock

Packed stock(if material is packed then u have to unpacked it)

Bin is locked.

What is 999 movement type? You need to use bin to bin movement type.Click on the drop down button in the movement type field and select the appropriate bin to bin movement type.

Stock available

packing is not relevant

bin - i am checking thru LS03N, but how can i check that it is locked or not, if locked ,how can i unlock it,

please guide.

Hi Shashank,

Please check this setting:

Warehouse Management - Interfaces- Inventory Management -

Goods Movement (IM) Not Allowed for Storage Types

LS02N for the bin > "Status" section > "Stock Removal Block" indicator

You can also use LS08

Please check whether you have open inventory document (LX22)

First check whether you PGI is reversed or not.
If not, then reverse same and try LT0G again.
