Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error - R6025 pure virtual function call

I have several users that recently started to experience this problem:

The user will have SAP open and its been idle for awhile. In the Common Functions of their cockpit, there's a link to Sales Order (or any table really). The user clicks on the link then the error message pops open with this error message:

The users clicks OK then SAP closes.

Attached is a screen shot of the error.

They are on version 8.81 PL09

Any suggestions/help?

Thanks,

Ron Moore

Hi Ron,

I've checked that there are some sap notes relate to error message : "Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error - R6025 pure virtual function call"

All the notes said that it is an application error. So, the solution in the notes suggested the sbo end user to log a ticket to sap support if experience the problem.

I agree with the note. You need to create a ticket to sap support. They will directly give the solution

Hi Ron

Did you resolve error with SAP support?

We have a customer that has the same error (randomly) when click Pick and Pack manager from Common Functions.

Thanks,

Domenico

Hi Ron,

I had a similar issue recently when attaching documents in SAP.

The fix was to alter a registry setting under:

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\BO_SyncExt.BO_AddIn

I opened "LoadBehavior" and changed the Value Data from 3 to "1"

I hope this helps your issue.
