Internal error (-1)

Dear Experts,

One of our user PC can't use SAP B1 application. The application is running but suddenly there comes error message "internal error (-1)...".

The SAP B1 client application is SAP B1 8.81 PL10.

What is the best solution to solve the problem. need your help quickly.

Hi Andre,

The problem is caused by the connection between client PC and SAP B1 server is disconnected.

So, check if the lan cable is plug in correctly or the wifi signal is strength or wifi is not switch off in the server.

it is user internal error. It is happened to non remote user. I've checked that the network cable is not plugged in correctly.

Hi Steve,

This happens when the connection between B1 Client and Server gets disconnected.

Today I came across the same situation. While working in B1 client, suddenly the message 'Internal error (-1)'  popped out and I immediately ping the status of B1 server which displayed 'Destination host unreacheable'.

In your case, the problem lies in one of your clients. Just check the network connection settings or the network cable.
