When I want to connect to the SAP OSS via OSS1 there comes a screen with the message "route permission denied" but in the saprouttab there is the server defined. What can it be?

We found out that there is a problem with a MS ISA Server. Are configuration guides for an MS ISA server on the sdn?

Why are you trying to connect to SAP via OSS1?... This days OSS1 is only used to config the setting of your SAP_OSS RFC... The rest can be done directly from SAP Marketplace.

But when I want to download notes the connection to saposs must be correct.

The saprouter service is started and inside the routtab there are the ranges defined.

You should test the OSS connection from SM59 SAP_OSS rather than from OSS1.

In anycase "route permission denied" seem self-explanatory.

Is this a new SAProuter?, was this working before?, the saprouttab is set correctly?...

You can find docs and examples at http://service.sap.com/saprouter

This is not a new saprouter and it works before. the saprouttab was not changed.

When I check the connection of SAPOSS via SM59 there comes the message:

Error when opening an RFC connection

the connection to the spcified message server

COMPONENT: MS (message handling interface, multithreaded)

COUNTER: 11

MODULE: msxxi.c

LINE: 2780

RETURN CODE: -35

Can you go to SM59 and test the SAP_OSS RFC and post the error here?

Theres must be something wrong with your SAPRouter string in SAPOSS RFC

It must read something like,

H/<SAProuter>/S/<sapdpxx or port>/H/<SAPServX IP>/S/<sapdpxx or port>/H/OSS001

My question was if the syntax of the SAProuter string was correct?, can you connect from any other SAP system?

Then is not a problem with you SAP Configuration and as you told me earlier that you can telnet your SAPRouter host/port its not a firewall issue either,  I would suggest its a problem with your SAPRouter. You need to make sure you saprouter is running correctly. Check your SAPRouter log (dev_rout) and post the errors.

Also, make sure that your SAPRouter certificate is not expired.

The telnet from the saprouter to the saprouter from sap is not running.

I use two saprouter and the telnet from one to the second saprouter is ok. Then from the second saprouter to sapserv2 not

Hi Damian,

Make sure your sap router is running

Use following command for permission

sapgenpse seclogin -p local.pse -O <sidadm>
