The problem:
When I refresh my workbook, I get these error messages:
<internal error> Problem when writing table C_T_VARIABLES
<internal error> Problem when writing table E_T_DIM
<internal error> Problem when writing table E_T_MEM
<internal error> Problem when writing table E_T_ATR
<internal error> Problem when writing table E_T_PRPTYS
<internal error> Problem when writing table C_T_HRV_TYPES
<internal error> Problem when writing table E_T_CEL
<internal error> Problem when writing table E_T_FAC
<internal error> Problem when writing table E_T_CON
I tried these solutions with no success:
Disabling Euro Currency
Disabling other macros
Disabling all macros
Trust access to VBA project object model
Running query on RSRT: Query runs fine, but can't generate report
I'm running on:
BW 7.0
BEx 3.x
Excel 2010
Windows 7 Pro
Anyone has any other solution?
Found the solution:
The problem is not with BEx or the Workbook, it's with Excel (2010).
File was shared with other users therefore upon refresh, it would mess with the macros.
Sharing of the Excel file must be disabled:
1. Review
2. Share Workbook
3. Uncheck -> Allow changes by more than one user at the same time...

Hi Victor
Is it possible to give us the generation error? Please check also if you have any message in sm21 or an abap dump that can help.
Thank you
Yiannis

Hi Victor
I was trying to simulate your problem on my computer but didn't succeed.
You do not have any error in the system then this must be a bex/local machine issue, i am still waiting your feedback on the generation error.
You have tried to run the same workbook on a different machine? This is happening to all of your workbooks?
In which patch level you are (System, Office, Bex 3.x-7.x).
Thank you
Yiannis
