Thanks Kennedy and Venki,

I have done the above and checked the notes you mentioned and also updated the OS, but still having the same issue. It seems to fail the server tools installation and gives the error ' Error Accessing Parser dll:....\creator Dll.dll.

So still facing the same issue after the updates.

Hi Dhinash,

Have you checked

you must apply the sap note solution 1375494. In the note, you are instructed to download a vcredist rar file from this link:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS09-035.mspx

On the page go to u201CAffected Softwareu201D. Select Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package. The file name is vcredist_x86. Extracting it and then install it. After install ...

Symptom

When running client setup or when running SAP BusinessOne, the following errors appear:

1. Error Accessing Parser DLL

2. C:\WINNT\TEMP\{C0DC7F5F-7984-7984-427D-B2E5-C7E6B1A04AF9}creatorDll.dll

3. Unhandled Exception - Setup will now terminate

4. The Dynamic link library msvcp60.dll could not be found in specified path

Reason and Prerequisites

1. The msvcp60.Dll is missing. This is a Windows Dll and it should be under System32 folder. The msvcp60.dll is a module containing standard C library functions such as printf,

memcpy and cos. It is a part of the Microsoft C Runtime Library.

2. Visual C++ 2005 libraries are missing. These Libraries are required to run applications developed with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2005 installed.

Solution

Consult your System Administrator on how to restore this Dll to the System32 folder. Once the Dll is restored, the problem should be resolved.

Even after restoring the Dll, if you getting the same error then you need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86), which would be installing the

missing Visual C++ 2005 libraries.

Follow the below step for installing the missing Visual C++ 2005 libraries:

1. Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package(x86) from the follow Microsoft Website:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=200b2fd9-ae1a-4a14-984d-389c36f85647&displa...
