Hello,
I am using one-to-one email functionality with outlook 2010.
Its works ok when with the test system, but not in production.
When i click on Email inbox in CRM production, I get the Inbox overview screen, but when I elect a email and click on "Transfer to CRM" I get an error "SAP CRM cannot access Outlook, Application stopped".
Cutomizing in IMG>CRM>basic functions>one-to-one email are similar in both systems.
both my test and prod systems are added to trusted sites and Activex settings are as in note 963408.
is some where i need to clear any "Cache" ?

this is the response which we got from SAP people.
please check if your browser settings correspond to those
explained in
962341 -> 1-to-1 e-mail or groupware synch problems with
MS-Outlook
963408 -> Internet Explorer settings for 1-to-1 e-mail and
groupware
Nevertheless, the Outlook version itself is of importance.
For Outlook 2007 and below Add-On CDO 1.2.1 needs to be
installed.

Hi Guys
When I trying to setup email integration from CRM 7.0 Ep2 to Outlook 2010
I am getting below error to have CDO installed. In my knowledge CDO’s are not required as Outlook 2010 has the functionality built in. See the link below:
I could not find any note valid for CRM 7.02 to rectify this and the config seems to be okay as well.
Any view?
Cheers! Vishal

Hello Vishal ,
Was this issue resolved ? I am also getting the same error even though my crm system version is 7.0 EHP3 and outlook 2010 with IE 8...
The settings are maintained accordingly and also the trusted site and intranet settings are changes as per the recommendations in the note...
Any idea what the issue could be?
Cheers,
Krish
