Delta with extractor 0FI_GL_14

Hello experts,

I was through many threads in SDN about this subject. But I didn't really found an exact answer (the opinions are different from a thread to another )

I hope that i will get my answer here.

How the delta works with extractor 0FI_GL_14?

I have a beginning of answer in the official SAP documentation (refer to below link : paragraph Extractor logic in the page bottom)

So my question would be: how the FM FAGL_GET_SI_DATA seeks for delta data?
