Bdoc error: BUAG006 - Same numbers cannot be ensured (contract account &1)

Dear all,

we’re trying to replicate CRM business agreements in a  ERP contract account.

It a CRM 7.0 system and a ERP 6.0 EHP 5 system, using FI-CAX.

CRM 7.0 is our leading system for the customer master data.

Replicating business partners from CRM to ERP ist working fine.

Replicating business agreements is only working in this case:

• Business partner number: 1234
• Business agreement number 1234

Then the contract account in FI-CAX will be created correctly.

Now we want to create a second business agreement for the business partner 1234.

We use the number “B1234” for the second business agreement. Saving the master data in CRM is fine, but when it comes to the replication to ERP we get following error message in the bdoc monitor (no contract account is created in FI-CAX):

“BUAG006 - Same numbers cannot be ensured (contract account &1) - BUAG 006

  Diagnosis: If you replicate a business agreement in a contract accoount, this should be created with the same number. However, for this number, there is no external number range for the number range object FKK_KONTO that is assigned to a contract account type (table TFK002A). The number equivalency is required for certain components, for example ISU/CSS.”

All number ranges in CRM an ERP (external number range, CRM number range is leading) are customized correctly, it seems to be that it is not allowed to use a different number for the business agreement than for the business partner.

Does anybody know how to create a second contract account for a business partner in
FI-CAX through CRM replication?

I solved the problem:

Problem was the wrong number range for the contact account in ERP FI-CA

It’s not working with leading numbers like and a letter like

00A0000000

only with a leading letter and numbers like

A0000000
