publication error (SI_RESOURCEID)

Hi,

We’ve had publications fail with error:

Error Message:

17653464 ScopeBatch17653464 ScopeBatch ((SI_RESOURCEID 47504)) [13 recipients processed.]

Or

Error Message:

17653428 R011 Scheduled Custom PortSR FullClient ((SI_RESOURCEID 47504)) [22 recipients processed.]

This error occurs just now and then. We tried with the query builder application to find out the object that is related to SI_RESOURCEID= 47504 but no success.

Can someone explain me what the error messages say and how to find out which object SI_RESOURCEID = 47504 is?

The publication jobs run on Business Objects XI 3.1. SP5.

Hello,

1) Please make sure you have enough Publication Job Servers in the system

2) Stop and disable the previous Publication job servers and create corresponding new servers.

3) Set up the "Maximum Concurrent Jobs" within the Adaptive Job Server depending on your environment and check the frequency of failed publication jobs

4) In order to improve performance of the Job server, add the switch following at the end of the command line of each Job server "-type OUTPROC -maxChildReqs 1 -checkChildForNonExistence 1"
