Hi,
we are on sp4 p6.
we are good enough to schedule report to destinations like email, Inbox.
when I schedule a report destination as file system getting below error message
Destination disabled. []: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]. Please note the name of the job server used for your request and contact your system administrator to make sure the specified destination is enabled. (FWB 00031)
When I did search on it, every where I see adding a destination on job server. We already added smtp server name on destination. So only we good with emails.
Help will be more appreciated ...

Hi,
Thanks for email
I have gone through that document..
We already enabled "If it is added then enable the Destination (right click on the Adaptive job server>>Destination>>and add Email)"
So only we are able to schedule reports destination as email.
Even after enabling it, we are getting error while scheduling reports to destination as file system
Hi,
ON windows server SIA runs by specific user ID (not my ID). ID which used to run SIA on windows do not have access to folder where we would like to save file.
Mainly we want to we want to schedule report to file system destination with my own ID, where i have rights to create a file on destination. But SIA is not running with my ID.
Hello SJ,
As long as the user who is running the SIA has the location access you are allowed to save there.
Who ever be the user(s) running/executing/scheduling the reports, everything will be performed through the service account(OSLevel) which runs the SIA not by your Id(OS level again). So just go ahead and provide necessary rights to Service account to proceed further.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Mani
Provide User name in sAMAccountName format i.e. DOMAIN\UserName and Directory path as UNC path i.e. \\ServerName\ShareFolder\
If the SIA is running with a AD Account of Domain A and your account is in Domain B then SIA service account will not be able to impersonate your User ID. There would need to be a two way transitive trust for the same.

It would be best if you create a separate thread. I would also like to ask whether all the steps mentioned in this thread have been performed or not, such as user right to destination location etc.
Perform a trace of CRJS and CMS. I believe we can neglect the destination configuration service for the time being.
