SAP F&R. Test of FRP Dispatcher.

Hi,

I`d like to test the FRP Dispatcher.

In customizing "Maintain Time Series Interface" no quilifier is flagged as "Indicator for start FRP run"

In FRP administration I have locations with start profile (Z_START), process control profile (Z_PROCCON), with default dispatcher profile and processing level "P - Use start profile specified in FRP administration"

For example today is Thursday 09:00:00.

In start profile I have:

Earliest start time - 10:00:00

Latest start time - 10:10:00

Consumtion update required NOT flagged

In proccess control profile I have:

Start of Planning Day for Thursday is "Thursday 09:59:00"

I Activate and Start FRP Dispatcher at 09:15:00. Wait till 10:15:00 but there is no activity of dispatcher and also no exceptions.

Where I have made a mistake ?

Also I`d like to ask if dispatcher take in account new settings of start profile and process control profile without manual restart and re-activate ?

I will describe the steps in order to let this working:

1-Create the start profile as you have done it

2-Create the Process Control profile indicating the Planning Date

3-Go to the dispatcher profile and assign the Start Profile that you have created

4-Go to the transaction /FRE/FRP_ADMIN  and assign the profiles.

I think the step that you were missing was the third .
