Runtime error when Launching Universe designer

Hi ,

I am getting Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library/ runtime error! when Launching Universe design tool.

Please find error screen shot attached. Please help me on this.

Full Error message:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Business Obj...

This Application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an un usual why.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Further information:

I have newly installed SAP BO 4.0 SP06 on the server. I have installed Server products and client tools on the same server.

server OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. I have used default data base for installtion.

Did you find out what was causing this issue?  We are encountering the same error.

Cause

• User Account Control (UAC) is enabled

Resolution

1. Go to Start -> Run menu, type msconfig and click on OK.
2. In the System Configuration window go to Tools tab, select ‘Change UAC Settings’ and click on Launch.
3. Change setting to ‘Never notify’ and click on OK.
4. Restart the machine.
5. Run the Designer
