Customizing Header of infotype 0021

Dear Experts,

as i am beginner in abap/sap am confusing how to customize header of an info type specifically for 0021 .

my requirment is to upload photo of dependants/family into sap infotype 0021.

i know how to upload photos into infotype 0002(Employees ) but when i trying to upload family photos as i did for employee it changes me the Emp photos than family.

so first,

1) i just try to customize it in the IMG below.(Infotype header definition) but does'nt work please advise me.

when i create  document type for photo uploading into employee (0002) i use

• business object 'PREL' and
• Document type 'HRICOLFOTO'
  

so do i am gonna create new document type (using Tcode oac2) or just using the privious document type but just customizing the header of IT 0021 only.by giving

• IT = 0021
  
• FIELD NAME = PERNR
• FIDTY = PIC

PLEASE ADVISE ME!!
