I have 2 queries  pls explain this ……

1. How to configure the report shipping  and how many types of report shipping…

2. How to download the reports and phases ,,pls can u explain this path ….

Dear Suresh,

There are two methods in report shipping.

1. Manual report Shipping

2. Automatic report shipping coupled with SD process.

This documentation will guide you how to setup the report shipping process.

You can use txn CG36VEN to upload inbound reports.

I am not sure what you are looking for; i assume there is a "typo" and it need to be "phrases" and not phases.

PS: Regarding erport shipment: There is a general OSS note available explaining the whole process. This OSS note has been mentioned very often here in this FORUM. PLease check OSS marketplace. As mentioned by Amol: report shipment is nothing whcih you can "learn" within one month; You need to have a very fgood understandin about e.g.

SAP SD process

SAP EH&S internal processes

Set up of WWI servers

etc.

I will recommned to serach the SDN forum for this question. There are couple of threads, lots of information available about your open points.

Neverthless, report shipping is entire a gamut of customizaion thus can not be explained over SDN, moreover, below is the link of Report Shipping complete information
