Company Logo on WebUI - login language issue

Hello,

we use the WEBUI Skin "NOVA" in CRM 70 EHP1.

In the Customizing for Icons i added our Company Logo as CUSTOM_LOGO.

I face the following issue:

When i logon in German our Company Logo is there as expected. German is the default system language.

If i login in any other language the Company Logo is not there but the SAP Standard logo.

Any ideas on this?

Hello Dominik,

I am not sure if the below would work, but it is worth trying.

You need to login in all the languages i.e. FR or DE or EN etc and maintain the settings to view the customized skin when you login to the web UI using different languages i.e. again FR or DE or EN.

Hi Dominik,

Add translations of the custom Logo for the other languages in the WCFC_ICON_TC table.

Hi Yoro,

this note was very helpful. Helped us to fix that issue in the test system but unfortunately not in the prod system.

I suppose you have transported it to Prod if any created.

You normally can not do the same in Prod, you have to transport the changes from Test to Prod.

Hi,

we had the same issue. We resolved it by invalidating Shared Memory Area CL_WCF_ICON_MNGT_AREA in transaction SHMM
