Customizing error in work schedule rule 2 68 01 XXXX

Dear HR Guru,

If any employee join in Compay in previous month but master is created in current month w. e.f.previous month date,

While executing payroll system are giving error Customizing error in work schedule rule 2 68 01 XXXX

For exmp. Employee Joining date is 06.05.2013

Hiring master created on 26-06-2013  w.e.f. 06.05.2013

While runing the transaction PC00_M40_CALC , System has given error Customizing error in work schedule rule 2 68 01 XXXX

Please suggest the same

Hi Santhosh

Please check the PA PSA Groupings for the perticular Employee IN table- V_001P_ALL

(Primary wagetype,payscale type,payscale area groupings)

Hi Santosh,

1) Check whether the work schedule is generated for particular month or not - you need to make sure combination of ESG,PSG and work schedule rule is correct.

2) Check SCHKZ rule if assignment of default work schedule rule is done properly.

3) Once re regenerate the work schedule rule and then assign this rule to IT 0007 with correct date.

We have regenerated the same but error is given the same. Please noth that the same work schedule

also assigned to other employee and working is fine only issue for newly join employee.

Pl suggest the same

Hi Santosh,

Though I am not sure as I can not see Master Data of EE  however Could you plz check if EE falls under the same Employee group and Personnel subarea corresponding to the work schedule you are assigning to that EE.

It seems there is Data inconsistency .. Please check thoroughly.

Hi Sandosh,

check your daily work schdule, perioad work schdule and the work schdule rule available according to the PSA ESG groupingand also check whether you have generated work schdule for the period of 2013. if your sure on it. then you have to check the start date of IT0007. which should be equel to your hiring date (start date of Hiring  action)

Ex, if you done hiring action on 26.06.2013 then the start date of infotype 0007 also be the same.

if you have deferent dates like  employee hiring date is 26.06.2013 and IT 0007 maintained from 28.06.2013 then when you run the payroll it will check the IT0007 whether its available since employe hiried date. if not it wil give you the error msg.

check and see. if you can put ur screen shot.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply.

Please note that it is working for other employee , but only error is given for newly join

staff in previous month. Please note that we have created the IT0007 w.e.f.06.05.13 i.e

joining date.

Please suggest the same

Hi Santosh,

It is not related to payroll, it is related to WSR generation, which assigned to employee.

Please check counting rule for attendance& absence and WSR generation, which assigned to him IT0007 for the employee.

Dear Badjate,

Which month you are running payroll which gives you error? 5 or 6?.

If you would not run payroll for 5th month you can force in IT0003 to run from 6th month.

By the way in which rule you are getting such a error?

We are running payroll period 03 ( June ) but system are given error for 02 period ( May )

as we have already run the May month payroll and we have exit payroll for May month.

We are gitting following error.

        Import last payroll result
        Processing of time data

            GENPS                     Generate Personal Work Schedule PWS
