MDG-S / Approval of several change requests

Hi MDG experts,

can you please tell me if it's possible to approve several change requests on the same time? From my understanding, we can only select a single change request for approval...

I want an easy and quick way to select and approve several change requests without going through a single processing..vendor by vendor...MDG

I agree with Shankar that mass approval is usually not recommended. However, if you still decide it is appropriate for your situation, you can use SAP's business workflow feature of mass approval. Do some research on UWL mass approval (UWL: Universal Work List). It will require some configuration on the UWL XML file. Again, this is a general workflow UWL feature and not specific to MDG.

Dear Karim,

Having approval for multiple CR same time is not an Ideal process,because every change might required different validation and checks.

  But there is a possibility that you can load multiple material,Vendor,customer to single CR and get it approved in one shot.
