Hello,
The reason that this error is coming out is that the system is looking for the work schedule in 01.01.1990 and it's not finding it.
The system searches for the valid work schedule using four main things:
check this configuration and your issue should be solved.
Hope that helps,
For more information please contact.
Thanks and regards,
Sally

Dear Sushant,
Your employee subgroup grouping or / and personnel subarea grouping is not correct.
Please check following tables in SM30.
V_503_ALL: Find your employe group and check what is set in column WSchedule.
V_001P_ALL: For your country please find your personnel area and check what is set in WSchedule column.
Then go into V_T508A and make sure first column(employee subgroup grouping) is same as V_503_ALL and 5th column(personnel subarea grouping) is the same as V_001P_ALL.
Regards,
Omid

Hi Suashant,
Check the work schedule rule (SCHKZ feature) and check the groupings of the work schedules.
Also the employee may not exist for the specific date.
also verify the work schedule generated for this period by using PT02.
Omid has already suggested on the grouping. Please check that too.
Thanks,
Madhav.
