Hi,

In B1 version design, one PL may have more than one subversion. 882077 may be the higher one in PL12 that is not supported. Could find any lower version?

Thanks,

Gordon

SAP Note 1866272 States, that an update to 9.0 PL5  from 8.82 PL12 is possible.

But I also tried with 9.0 PL4 , still same Problem

Hi,

I don't know for this error (message isn't really explicite...) but I remind when I did the upgrade for a customer, that some new checks have been added. For example, in OACT the ExportCode has to be unique in all the rable, while it wasn't necessary before.

The error happened during the test or during the upgrade?

Hope this helps...

Regards,

Eric

Thanks for your help. The message states, that

"An upgrade of SAP BUSINESS ONE from Version 882077 is not allowed.

Contact your SAP Business Partner to obtain Support."

It appears directly after starting upgrade.exe (as administrator) and been connected to the License Server.

Hi,

I had understood the error message, I read German . It's why I said it's giving any clue.

You surely checked that the licence server is running May you verify it's configuration? In V9, they're some specific issues when you're mixing IP addresses and DNS names in the configuration: you should use only IP addresses (including in the Client\Conf\b1-local-machine.xml file).

Did you check the log file after the error? What is it written?

Eric

Better to read all... You're trying to go from 8.82 to 9PL05 so to skip the PL4 which was the first official release.

Licence server has changed between both versions... So you should first get a new licence key, upgrade to PL04 to have the new licence server, apply your new licence, then go to PL05.

Eric
