Hello,

On a working version of SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS04 we installed SPS08 and then we did not perform step 4.4 in the System Preparation.

Error:

CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT: SOAP: 1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 503: Service Unavailable")

CX_SOAP_FAILURE: Error when processing Web service call

CX_SOAP_CORE: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 503: Service Unavailable")

We have reinstalled the agent version DIAGAGT73SP03_0-20006983.SAR Installation of DIAGNOSTICS AGENT 7.3 SP03 platform HP-UX on IA64 64bit.

Tried to solve the problem of sap notes 1837656, 1752309, 1659135, 1752309, 1822831, 1663549, 1801045, but not resolved.

For more information please see attach file AG_ALL.jpg.

Hi All,

I had similar issue where every service call from within solman_setup was failing with HTTP 503 error.

the solution was to remove the proxy server information from SICF->client proxy settings and adding the SolMan hosts information.

Thanks,

Rajaram

Hi,

In your screen shot, associated user is missing , normally it will be smd_admin and valid for 36 month . Please check the same.

https://websmp210.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000938382012E.pdf ( pg.32)

Also try the option: Use  Basic Authentication(user/password)

Hello Anvar,

In case your SAP Solution Manager has one or several Dialog Instances, it is required to have a SAP Solution Manager associated Web Dispatcher. In this situation the information maintained is used to configure the Solution Manager internal Web Service calls performed between Solution Manager ABAP and Java stack and from Diagnostics Agents to Solution Manager ABAP stack.

In this context note that when a Web Dispatcher is required / used, the following documented recommendations and additional configurations have to be also considered:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/48/6a82a684f4350ce10000000a42189d/frameset.htm

Also check note 1776552 - SOLMAN_SETUP - Step Connect Diagnostics Agents fails with "ICF Error when receiving the response: HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED"

Hi, Suhel

We still have another Solman the same version 7.1 sps 08 on another server on Windows without Web Dispatcher and there we have no problem in setting SOLMAN_SETUP.

The mistake about which you write and does not correspond to the tuning step further.

Could you please explain why we need to install Web Dispatcher, maybe we do not understand something?

Hello Anvar,

If you have several instances it is recommended to have a web dispatcher configured to perform the load balance between the instances.

You can find the reason for this in the following document at page 29.

hi

503 service unavailable

your Dia agents were not able to connect java webservices.

Make sure your DIA agents are up and running,

Make sure your solman Java stack is running fine with latest patches,

You have installed latest patch of LMSERVICE java component, if else Update LMSERVICE.

check the note Note 1822831 - Web Service Soap Errors in solman_setup

Thanks

Hi, Jansi

1 DIA agents is up and running I think that yes because in

/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA97/work/sapcpe_sapjvm_6.log

Trace level (profile): 1

*** ERROR: File-List "/usr/sap/DAA/SYS/exe/jvm/hpia64/sapjvm_6.1.047/sapjvm_6.lst" does not exist, 2, No such file or directory, [sapxxcpe.c:1456]

parameter "all" is also not defined. Exit.

2 Java stack is running fine with latest patches

in /usr/sap/SID/DV*/work/std_server0.out in std_server0.out no error.

and

In trace in tcode SMICM menu  Goto->Trace File->Display All

one error

[Thr 01] *** ERROR => NiIBindSocket: could not delete file '/tmp/.sapstream64999' (hdl 1; errno=0) [nixxi.cpp    3725]

3 Yes we installed latest patch LM-SERVICE? please see screenshot AG_ALL.jpg

SAP Note 1822831 not solved problem CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT: SOAP: 1.007 SRT: ....

the note in according to the http 503 error should be solved as a 404 which says on conformity with ABAP packages JAVA we have everything in order and also check the web service please see the screenshot 1 (ABAP_JAVA_SPS) and 2 (SOAMANAGER)

we copied the settings

and perform the test in IE as well as on the server by telnet all running.

1 (ABAP_JAVA_SPS)

2 (SOAMANAGER)

In SOAMANAGER for consumer proxy CO_DIAG_WILY_WS_MANAGED_SETUP check if logical port LP_WS_MANAGED_SETUP and try to ping web service. Provide results here.

  • CA Introscope related Web Services
    Consumer Proxy = CO_DIAG_WILY_WS_MANAGED_SETUP
    Logical Port = LP_WS_MANAGED_SETUP
    (Java Web Service : ManagedSetupWS)

in IE http://host:8012/ManagedSetupWS/Config1?style=document NOT opened.

  • Diagnostics Agent related Web Services.
    Consumer Proxy = CO_DIAGSTP_WS_AGT_SMDAGENT_MON
    Logical Port = LP_WS_SMDAGENT_MONITORING
    (Java Web Service : SMDAgentMonitoring)

in IE http://host:8012/SMDAgentMonitoring/DataProvider?style=document OPENED and Test OK.

But to ping web service both give an error:

Web service ping failed (RC=503). Service Ping ERROR: Service Unavailable

DSM_DVEBMGS12_hostname

test WS not all OK, but for BI OK.

For full test, I do not know what you need to send parameters to specify.
