Print button issue in Crystal Report in Mozilla and Chrome

Hi,

I am using Visual Studio 2008 with SAP Crystal Reports Version 12.0.1100.0. In my reports the print button is not working in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. while it is working fine in IE. I'm using firefox 24 and it asking me to Print to PDF when click on the print button. Is there any way to direct print using firefox and chrome without print to PDF ?

Please try using the report object instead the viewer, you can use its PrintToPrinter property in other to print and using the viewer control for just viewing (maybe adding another print button for that matter).

I moved this Discussion to the SAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio SCN Space.

The second link from Abhilash is the better one to consider. Now, the statement is from the Supported Platforms for SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio (v. 13), but since you are using CR 2008 (v. 12) the same or worse will apply...
