Hello once again need your help.
My ECL viewer just stopped working, until yesterday was Ok
When I try to open a file. PDF system displays the message:
Error starting the application VisView. Ensure service level requested the viewer is installed
I am using the statement EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1% SAP-CONTROL% for PDF files.
Already reinstalled the ECL (ECL70_12-10009623) again, but it did not work.
I posted screens.

Try with %AUTO% instead of EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1% SAP-CONTROL% for your PDF work applications from DC30. Let me know reaming originals are displaying or not.
Check all DMS services are working or not.

In my case, I need to use EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1% SAP-CONTROL% to use the functionality of the ECL.
Todayour consultantBasissolved the problem. For some reasonthe
ECL and SAP files were corrupted, we had toreinstall the SAPlogon and ECL.
