Leveraging BWA - need to connect to BEx query?

I'm hoping to quickly confirm something. In order to leverage BWA indices in Analysis we need to build a BEx query on the Cube instead of directly connecting to the cube, correct? I don't believe directly connecting to the cube will route through BWA but wanted to be sure.

Hi,

assuming you accelerated the InfoCube you should still benefit from it but remember that connecting to the cube directly means :

- no restricted key figures

- no calculated key figures

- no variables

- no structures

- no authorization variables

- no filters

HI Christopher,

U can directly connect AA to cube but you would miss on some functionality in consuming cube in AA.

Best way to follow the path mentioned

cub >> BeX >> AA
