SAP Cloud For Customer Back-end Database System

Hi Experts,

I have questions regarding the SAP Cloud For Customer Data Store and Database System .....

1) In SAP Cloud For Customer Where the Data store in back-end ?

2) Which System Store the Data its HANA Cloud Database or others (if others what is it) ?

3) How We can Access the Database of SAP Cloud For Customer ?

4) If I have make the Integration Using HCI then that data comes with the SAP Cloud Format ?

Please anyone have idea about the above questions ......

Hi:

Re 1 & 2) For all new customers the data would be stored in SAP HANA.

Re 3) The data from the HANA database can be accessed via published APIs (SOAP) and from SAP Cloud for customer SDK

Re 4) HCI-PI is a full-fledged Enterprise ready Middleware running on the cloud and this can be used to integrate data between systems (both OnPremise and in Cloud) that use different protocols, message formats etc. Cloud for customer already ships standard content that can be used to integrate between SAP CRM / ECC On Premise and Cloud for customer. HCI can also be used to integrate any kind of 3rd party systems and Cloud for customer, using the above mentioned published APIs.
