Error on Upgrade 882 from PL04 to PL14

Hi Expert

I'm trying to upgrade SAP B1 882 from PL 04 to last PL14 .

The Sap Server is a Virtual machine and all users are disconneted .

The upgrade failed and the error message on the log file is the following :

Hi Gianni,

Take backup of all DBs and take all of them offline.

Try to upgrade SBO Common DB first.

Note: Please take backup of all company DBs and SBO Common DB first before start with upgrade.

Please start upgrade with Admin rights.

Ok Rahul,

understood and solved the issue in this way :

1. Detached all DB no SAPB1 (there are several Third Party sw interfaced to SAP B1)

2. Upgraded the SAP B1 DB succesfull

3. Attached all DB no SAPB1.
