while installing DB instance on windows 2003 platform.

Are you installing an additional SAP application server ?

If yes then make sure the \\SSC2PAS3SFWBW\sapmnt\trans is accessible.

Can you please tell me the way how can I change the path?

After analysis I also came to this conclusion only.

Hello Jyoti

Are you able to access the \\SSC2PAS3SFWBW\sapmnt\trans directory from the server where you are running the installation ?

Hi,

Has the sharing being done properly.

When you login to this can you access \\SSC2PAS3SFWBW\sapmnt.

What happens when you open run on the server and then give the details \\SSC2PAS3SFWBW\sapmnt in there and click on  enter. Does the window opens and can you see the files..

Hope that you have the correct access on the host...

Is the host name resolved properly...

Thanks

Please fix the path \\SSC2PAS3SFWBW/sapmnt/  to \\SSC2PAS3SFWBW\sapmnt\ and run again.
