If a dangerous good successfully passes the bonfire test it is automatically assumed as class 9. Is there a field to store the original class in for storage purposes?
Dear Brian
I am not sure if I understand your topic correct. Clearly I found the "bonfire test" via google research but my story would be "different"
During DG maintenance you maintain data on these levels:
a.) REAL_SUB (does have reference to DG_CL_SUB) (e.g. density etc.)
b.) DG_CL_SUB (Does have "reference" to LS_UN_SUB)
c.) LS_UN_SUB (maintaain regulatory data)
Then you assign the material on REAL_SUB level and in rare cases you once again assign the material (in this case to a DG_CL_SUB). and execute DG filling
Normally there is no step between. Therefore if you do DG classification using EHS you check REAL_SUB data, assign DG_CL_SUB and then release DG master. Normally the user etc. is not interested which steps you have executed between. But e.g. you can maintain on e.g. REAL_SUB level a value assignment data record saying "bonfire test" passed positive. I am not aware of a suitable value assignment type to do that but just check the tree.
Hope this helps
