Hello Experts,
I am unable to access Promotion Management after we upgraded to 4.1 SP3. I am getting the following error when click on Version Management:
"Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request.
The error from the server is: com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException: com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException: com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified"
I can access Promotion Management without issues. Appreciate any comments?

Here are the SAP notes I referred to as well to make sure we are configuring it correct.
1944956 - Upgrading BI4.0 to BI4.1 breaks version management
1735506 - Version Management fails to launch after upgrading to SAP BI 4.0 SP04.
It helped us fix the initial error. But when we tried to add contents it says invalid password. what should be the LCM password. Should it be same as administrator password, I do not think we have one created for LCM user ID.

I looked at the KBA 1637084 - "Sorry LCM application is unable to process your request" after source user's password cha...
"Disable account after N failed attempts to log on" is already unchecked in CMC > Authentication > Enterprise. I also made sure we are using the same LCM password that I find in D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\LCM_repository\svn_repository\conf folder (KBA: 1735506). We did not have a separate LCM ID and it was working fine until before the upgrade (without the separate LCM ID). But still I went ahead and created one LCM ID in administrator group and made the necessary config changes in VMS Settings. Still getting the incorrect password error. The KBA 1637084 also says the issue has been fixed in BI4.1. Am I missing anything.

Click Save and Close.
Note: Confirm the LCM user name and
password by checking the entries in "passwd" file, located at : <BO BIP
INSTALLDIR> \ SAP Business Objects \ SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0 \
LCM_repository \ svn_repository \ conf
