Hi Natalia ,

There was an SQL connection problem which was stopping it from connecting.

Thanks, for you valuable suggestions.

Hello,

-Are you running liveCache on MAXDB?

If yes, then I recommend to run:

- In LC10 integration, LCA, in change mode reenter the control user password & save.

Run the test connection in /ndb59 after that.

- Post more details on MAXDB client version < sdbregview -l > and liveCache version, the SAP BAsis version/SP, MAXDB DBSL version, SAP kernel version.

- Create the SAP message to BC-DB-LVC if you need the urgent liveCache support further.

Hi Natalia,

Thanks for the reply,

But based on the documents that i came across,

Live Cache can run only on Max DB right?

Thanks,

Hello,

the liveCache on SAP HANA database is released to the customers since SCM 7.02.

Please check PAM for SCM 7.02 and SCM 7.03.

Hi,

Thanks for the clarification.

Our Kernel Version is 7.2,SAP_BASIS version 701 , level -3 ,Live cache version 7.7

In live cache monitoring from the t-code /sapapo/om13 ,

under the network tab i get "External operating system command 'NIPING possibly not created ", under current message i get "Error when reading the KNLDIAG file"

under initialization i get " Error when reading the LCINIT.LOG file ".

Any suggestion after this?

Thanks,

Was your originaly reported issue resolved?

Could you run the LCa connection test successfully in /ndb59?

- In LC10 integration, LCA, in change mode reenter the control user password, the correct one, & save.

Run the test connection in /ndb59 after that.

- Update the thread with output of

select * from users
