Error for validity periods of address usages - Message no. R11245

Hi Experts,

We have this error "Error for validity periods of address usages" and error Message no. R11245.

The addresses in BP were not replicated from SAP CRM to SAP ECC. All new address that are added in BP in CRM has a BDoc Failure with the above error.

So we found a solution that was related to buffer and have eventually resolved the issue and now new BP's are failing with this error.

But the old Business Partners that were in error still remains in error and we are unable to replicate the old address from CRM to ECC. There are many address in each BP that needs to be updated and manually it will be a very tedious job.

Can you please help me in finding the right solution?

Hi Willie,

This settings mentioned in note 1883308 are already done in SPRO in both CRM and ECC.

SAP note 1228662 is for upgrade and not applicable to my scenario.

Please help in resolving the issue.

Hi Vicky,

Try RFC debugging with the failed queues. The RFC user shall be set in dialog mode for this.

Through debugging try to get the error in synchronous call as the BP data are updated through "CALL TRANSACTION" in the ECC system.

Can you please check if table TB009 has the XMULT flag set ON and checked in both systems.
