HRMSS_AC_POWL_INBOX - Work Item - Count displayed but the record not in the table

Hi SCN,

for the application HRMSS_AC_POWL_INBOX,

The count displayed for the Work Item query but the record not displayed in the table. Please check the screen shot attached.

the record fetched by class CL_IBO_INBOX_FEEDER_WI->IF_POWL_FEEDER~GET_OBJECTS ( e_results )

Any suggestion, what could be wrong?

can you refresh the inbox manually and check?

I did the 'Refresh' manually from the POWL Inbox application but the record not displayed in the table.

when I go to Change Query - Preview, the record displayed in preview mode,

you need to check the filter of the query on right hand side and ensure you are showing new status too! what is the refresh type for this maintained in POWL_QUERY is Every page visit.You have to maintain it has Every list visit for ALL query as well and run POWL_D01 once and then run the application.
