Livecache is not accessible on SCM system

Hi, When I go to the 'Livecache Monitor' transaction LC10 to check I get the following error: Name and Server : LCA - dmzvm120 Function : DBM_CONNECT Error : DBM Error Return Code : -4 Error Message : database instance not found Steps to recreate: - go to LC10 - enterdatabase connection as LCA - click on 'Console' button I have checked in DB59 also , it shows error. I think this is something related to MAXDB Database. As i have not worked on max db yet , can anybody advice me how to resolve. With Regards

What is the version of the liveCache installed on dmzvm120 server?

Update with output of commands:

sdbregview -l

dbmcli inst_enum

dbmcli db_enim

Check on the server dmzvm120 that x_server  or sdbgloballistener started, note 1694323 - 4.

Hi,

Please login to the server and check db state using commands as below

1) dbmcli -d <database_name> -u control,<password>

2) db_state

Or you can use Database studio or DBMGUI to connect to the server and check status.
