A) Automatic or Manual Report Shipping

      - There are no configurations for messages determination for automatic report shipment? And how to distinguish between the report formats selections for the different material (Substance). How find link between the outbound shipment document and MSDS generated in the system?

Hello Sia,

MSDS shipping uses the condition technique of the Sales and Distribution (SD) component to find the right report generation variant (RGV). You should be able to configure Condition Schemas for for desired result  where you can define your conditions for RGV selection that can  vary from Material - Report Format ( Gen Variant) ,Region - Gen Variant, Report type- Gen Variant selection and and so on.

How find link between the outbound shipment document and MSDS generated in the system?

There is standard report which is normally monitored via CVD1 (Edit report Shipping order) or Shipping program SAPLCVDA where you would find a link with Customer, Material, and MSDS Report along with other parameter.

if I understood the question correct than - there is always out put message  for condition type (SDB) which determine the report shipping based on customization.

Dear Sia

on top to answer of Gopi: there is standard OSS in place mentioned often here which explains the steps which are needed to prepare SDS/MDSDS distribution.

Manual report distribution is "different". Here you do not have an interface with SAP SD; you use SAP EHS internal functionality to do proper set up.
