Hi Experts,
Firstly sorry for creating one more thread for this issue but I didn't find any help from previous ones.
Our file receiver channel is not able to connect to FTP server.
We are getting the error in channel monitor as " Unable to create pooled resource, unknown host exception "
However, we are able to ping this server from our network.
Also, we are able to telnet it from QPI. But not able to push messages to this server via PI.
When I try to open this ftp from browser, we need to enter the username as " Global\UserName " but it connects.
Is there any other way of configuring these type of ftp server.
I would really appreciate quick help on this.
Regards,
Vikram
Did you try configuring IP address instead of Host name?

Hi Vikram,
Use a tool like Filezilla and see if the file location can be accessed. Go to your comm. channel in Component monitoring and see try stopping and starting it to see if you see more info.
Thanks,
Kiran

Hi Vikram,
Did you try to access the FTP server with any other FTP tool?
