and restart the server, but we are receive the same problem

Are you performing the procedure with Domain account,if yes try to follow the same with local account .

Hi Said;

Try to set the TEMP and TMP environment variable to TEMP=C:\TEMP  then retry the steps.

Also create a directory TEMP in C drive.

If the above is doesn't resolve the issue , then you need to search for the vcredist_x64.msi in C:\ drive.

Then copy the file and put it in NTPATCH folder of SWPM and this will resolve the issue.

Hi Ashutosh,

    We are already do TEMP file on the root of C drive c:\TEMP and change system variable TEMP and TMP to this directory and try the installation, but received the same problem.

We are to install manually VCredist_x64 in the SWPM ---- >(NTPATCH folder) ------> VCREDIST2005

we received the following error:

You need to use the correct compatible vcredist_x64.msi file.

Try to get it from other system.

Hi Reyes,

    I'm using SWPM SP 06, My SAP version is ERP 06 but the use SWPM SP 04 we received the same issue.
