Also when i try to execute "db2adutl query",it returns the folowing message.

Hi,
I managed to get rid of agent.lic issues, now i am getting only the following error
Error: Initialize session failed with ADSM return code 137
In the activity log of the TSM server i can see the following entries when issuing 'db2adutl query'
04/07/07 08:55:57 ANR0406I Session 763 started for node AFGPRD01_SRD (DB2/6 000) (Tcp/Ip 172.19.187.81(34555)). (SESSION: 763)
04/07/07 08:55:57 ANR0403I Session 763 ended for node AFGPRD01_SRD (DB2/600 0). (SESSION: 763)
Also which is the db2 parameter file for backup?
Regards,
Etsg

Hi,
RC 137 indicates an authorization / password problem.
Try to set your TSM password with dsmapipw
Also the following link on how to configure DB2 + TSM may be helpful:
