SMTP Configuration Error 503 you must authenticate first (#5.5.1)

Dear All;

I configured the bases on the document http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-46513

I finished all the mentioned steps, but when I try to send an email from the system itself I get the error: cannot be sent: 503 you must authenticate first (#5.5.1) as you can see below:

Kindly let me know how I can fix this error.

I think you have a bug in the settings or you does not have the correct username or password.

Check again your settings:

- Username = [your full email address]

- Password = [your email password]

- Mail Server [name]

- Mail Server Port: 2525 or other

- SMTP connections [tr. SCOT]

- Default Domain

Also, check with the administrator mail server, regarding port and mail server
