SAp Fiori replacement of Adobe forms

Hi

We have 7 adobe forms running on SAP Portal 7.3 portal. An example of these forms is Bank Letter. Embassy letter and Traffic Department letter etc etc.

The company has decided to use Fioi for these types of forms. We already have few Standard application running on Fiori and Manager are using it to Approve leaves and PR and POs.

How can we use or Built these Adobe Forms in Fiori. What is the best approach

Sad to say....you will have to build/duplicate them from scratch. No tools or "easy" way to convert them.

That said...you need to make sure/be careful of what forms you replace to insure there are no legal restrictions. Some Adobe forms are used because they EXACTLY layout to a legal specification. With the web/Fiori, you are not guaranteed that.

Also, another approach might be to create a Fiori app that will provide the Adobe form as a link/attachment/download rather than trying to recreate it. For example, you could have your "Bank Letter" Fiori app which would show details about the info, but then have a "download form" link on there for the actual form.

I guess creating a Fiori app that provide the Adobe form as a link/attachment/download will be better in my case.

Can you guide me how can I do this easily ?

Can it be done via WEB IDE.?

will these forms will open on Mobile device ?

Can these form be interative ?

No. It is called "doing your own work"

Not sure what you mean. You will have some backend and frontend work to do.

If they are able to open/read Adobe forms.

Can these form be interative ?

Not unless they have an Adobe Reader installed (most mobile devices below a tablet do not support it).
